We all have issues. Accept it and you’ll be a whole lot more successful!
Tonight on my Twitter, I posted the following tweet:
Hurt people hurt people. Stop hurting, stop hurting.
Let’s break this down:
If you’re hurt (suffering from emotional distress, pain, stress, etc.) you are more likely to inflict pain on others. This pain may come in the form of hurtful words or actions.
If you take proactive steps to accept and work on healing the pain in your life, you will be less likely to “hurt” others.
Why will this make you more successful?
Accepting one’s inner issues and making a plan to work on change is an important key to success. One’s mental and emotional well being is important component for success. Sure, there are some crazies who make it in life, but what do they sacrifice? If people don’t want to be around you because you are emotionally unstable, you will have a hard time forming or maintaining the vital relationships you need to get you where you need to go.
Take some YOU time. Assess issues or things that are on your mind. Make a plan to change or address these issues. Let go of toxicity. Believe you can do it.
Once you focus on being a better YOU, you will be less likely to hurt those people who are important in your life.
I promise that you’ll start to see many positive changes.
Positivity is success.
Do you agree with this quote? Why or why not?
